Need advice on divorce and custody of child

Hello sir,I'm married and I have 2 yrs old boy...I'm not earning currently and my husband is earning I want divorce and custody of my boy because of mental harassment by in laws although my husband do not harrash me but also he do not stop His family..my health is also badly effected due to it..Please tell me the procedure for it

It is not a case of divorce as your husband is on your side. Any amount of alimony may not sufficient for yourself and your child to lead future life unless you join any job. Try to settle the matter by filing multiple cases and bringing them under pressure and allow yourself and your husband reside separately.

A.First of all you can file a divorce suit along with maintenance case against your husband so that you get your expenses for every month from your husband. Since your child is only 2 years therefore for the next 3 years also you will be the natural guardian of your child only and the child will stay under your custody only. If you have enough evidence to proof that your child will suffer severely if he stays in his father's home and his family. You can also file a Domestic Violence case against your in laws for their tortures and claim your rights of accomodation and maintenance also. Hence kindly contact with an advocate and take the necessary steps at earliest.
