A. You need to file an appeal application for reducing the amount of alimony ordered by the learned judge of the family court according to your eligibility. If the high court gets satisfied then you may not need to pay the amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- so must wait for the final judgement of the High Court. A. You will have to vacate the house but you can ask owner to pay back your deposit amount and the rent amount if any you paid in advance for the upcoming months after this month.
