A.First of all, you need to consult an advocate with all your relevant documents and evidences so that the advocate can decide whether your case is coming under section 9 of Hindu marriage act or section 22 of Special marriage act. Further more depending on the merits of your documents and other evidences, an advocate can say his fees for drafting and legal proceedings. Moreover, only experience doesn't matter to hire a good advocate, something which matters the most is that how much the advocate is giving priority to you and your problems. Furthermore, how he is describing and drafting your problems and remedy in the petition and lastly how the advocate is presenting and submitting your case before the learned court. Hence have consultation with a lawyer having good brain and understanding..
