- Stamp duty on the loan amount when it exceeds Rupees Ten Lakh (Rs. 10,00,000/-) is Rs. 20/- for every Ten Thousand Rupees (0.2%) with the upper cap of Rupees Ten Lakh (Rs. 10,00,000/-).
Lift use in housing society
A housing society in Mumbai has a hospital also. Is there any law which does not allow the hospital to use the lift in the housing society

There is no such law or rule that says that hospitals (or any office for that matter) can't use the same lifts used by the residents of the building.
Lifts in organized housing communities are no longer a luxury, as they formerly were and maybe the same is being followed in your society. The costs of preservation of lifts are high. So you are definitely eligible to use it if you are paying maintenance to society.
Enquire out of police Jurisdiction
I was called for enquiry from a station in civil case which was out the police Jurisdiction. And the cops never showed me the complaint but said orally that it was just harrasment complaint. Is it so

Sec 354 of IPC talks about Assault or use of criminal force to woman with intent to disrobe. A woman cannot just file a case and get away with it without any evidence. She might have not submitted it while filing FIR, but she has to come up with some evidence as it's a gender oriented offence.
