A. Dear client,
In order to run a nursing home, you need to fulfil specific obligations in the form of getting certain licenses and permissions. You can find out if they have done all this. Moreover, you can request them to place the cotton in a more hidden and secure manner since it is causing you trouble and can also be hazardous for your pet.
Thank you.

A. Dear Client
Mutation is done at the land revenue and record department of the state after the sale deed is registered with the subregistrar. You need to find out that in your locality who has been given the power for mutation and then get it done with that office.
Yes you an do all this yourself but if you hire a professional it will be easier for you.

A. Dear client,
No, you cannot do this as it will be against the rules and regulations of the jobs and hence, illegal. Even if you submit the full amount, you cannot do this. However, if the private job you are referring to involves self-employment and is home based such as tuitions, etc. then it may be permissible depending upon your organisations rules.
Thank you.

A. Dear client,
Yes, she can ask for alimony from you. However, as a defence, you can claim that since you have not lived together for a single day and she has been sustaining herself for so long, you are not under any obligation to pay her alimony. Moreover, either you or she can file for annulment of marriage or divorce.
Thank you.

A. Dear client,
Yes, a religious trust can go ahead and open another associated account with the bank. It depends upon whether the religious trust allows this, and if they do then you can open another account. The norms will usually require filling out certain documents, etc. and it depends upon the specific bank, so you can contact the bank to know the exact details of everything that is to be done.

A. Dear client
Firstly, ask him to return the money paid by you. Send a demand notice via your advocate. Then, if he does not return the money file a money suit against the proprietary with the District court under order 37 of CPC, 1908. That will be the quickest remedy possible.

Yes she can claim the money as she has the right in that amount left by her father. She can't file the case where she resides but at the place where the respondents are residing or where father last resided before death and had the money in the bank account
