Wrong address
My husband is keeping on sending some divorce papers to wrong address and they are not receiving it. What should I do? They can't receive on my behalf too, so what should be done? Will the case still start?
A.Dear Client,
the onus of sending the papers is on him, ex- parte hearing will happen on rare occasion if the divorce papers are not delivered to your address.
