Whether information on a particular allowance paid by the CPSE can be denied stating the information sought does not have larger public intrest?

It can be rejected under Section 8(1) and Section 9. Central Public Information Officer or State Public Information Officer can reject the receipt of the request if the information demanded affects the sovereignty and integrity of India, the security, strategic, scientific or economic interests of the country.
