Divorce and separation - 3 months after marriage my wife left Divorce and separation - 3 months after marriage my wife left

Marriage happened in Dec 2020. 3 months after marriage my wife left to her home and came back after 7 months post discussion of panchayat committee. We started living separately away from parents again in Dec 2021. In Mar 2022, her dad came with police to my home and took her daughter away as she was found speaking to guys while i was at office. I filed a case under section 13 - adultery and cruelty for separation on 16 Apr 2022. Now she has filed false counter case at her hometown under section 12 and section 156 (3). How can i avoid this harassment of travelling to her place.
