I am a 33 years old woman married since 6 years I have been facing lot of issues in my marriage since the very first day when I got married my in-laws has been always forcing me for delivery and other gifts to to be given time to time and my husband was a person who never give me any kind of and money to fulfill their basic needs of the home I was residing at my own home I am a government employee and also we share a lot of differences in our thoughts and this always created Chaos in our marriage so now I am wishing to file a divorce case with this person but he is not willing to take to both by mutual consent so I just wanted to take the advice that should I file the divorce case and how should I proceed with the things and also I would like to make you notice that I am in a live in relationship with another guy but we cannot marry because I am married and not divorced yet I also want to plan a kid with this person with whom I am living in live in relationship so I just need your advice whether I should first file the divorce case or shall I just plan my kids first then I should profile the case because because god things takes a lot of time which can even affect my age of conceiving a kid.

A.Dear Client,

I’d suggest you to get divorced first.
When one of the parties is not consenting to the divorce, one can file a petition in the Family Court. Such a divorce is known as a contested divorce. The grounds for divorce without consent apply to both – husband and wife.
