A. First of all it seems that there is a printing mistake on your part regarding the name of present Buyers. I assume that C and B are present Owner of that property. It is necessary to scrutinize your Purchase Deed to find out is there any mention of any other person's name who has paid that sum directly to A. Without scrutinizing the documents , legal opinion cannot be given because it is necessary to know how the Seller received a cheque from a third person as Sale Consideration.
