Husband lied and broke promise after marriage Husband lied and broke promise after marriage

Mine was an arrange marriage and have clearly discussed everything with my husband before marriage the aspirations and all so that later on there won't be any problem. He was doing start-up at the time of marriage. He said infront of his and my family that if his start-up won't work he will do job in 6 months to 1 year , now its almost 2 years after that. His father had business but it was made clear that he won't join that as I don't want to marry core business person. My job is in South and his home in North. Due to pandemic, we were staying in North. He said he will move to South once my office will reopen. Then he said I can't risk my life going there. When office got reopened he said he won't go as his earnings are not much and can't afford there and he won't do job and he will do his start-up as long as he can, surviving on minimum and will join his Father's business. Whatever, he said before marriage, he has taken U-turn on that and broken my trust as I trusted his words. Now he is not agreeing and his parents are also lying. Kindly suggest what action can be taken on him for betraying trust and causing mental harassment.

A.In your kind of case either you can choose to live with your husband and continue your marriage or you can choose to seperate from him by filing divorce which is upto you but practically filing any case of mental harassment or breach of trust on him won't work in your kind of case which overall seems normal wear and tear of married life. Rather discuss your matter with your husband and in laws and your parents in one and the same meeting calmly and try to find a solution. Simultaneously you and your husband can visit a career counselor if possible who you advise you both better regarding your career matters. Thank you.
