How to evict a person with whom no agreement is signed

I live in another city and have a property in Mumbai, which was in repair, since my Flat was empty, the society people requested me to let them use my Flat to help other owners store the luggage while repair is happening in their Flats, however one of the current Flat owner is refusing to leave my Flat, despite the society giving him a written notice to vacate based on my request.

A.It is necessary to scrutinize the documents on the basis of which you permitted the Society to use your flat and it is also necessary to know what is the Rules and bye laws of that Society in this regard because it is the Society which is liable to take step against that Owner who is illegally occupying your Flat.
