You can elect office bearers by way of Draw of Lots provided other members of the Association agree for the same otherwise first you have to get change the bye-laws of the Association and get amended in the concerned office where your Association got registered. You are repeating the same question.

That depends upon the nature of the property. If it is an ancestral property, you can stop the sale and claim right on it as you acquire a share on the property by your birth. If it is a self-acquired property, you can't stop the sale or sue him as the owner has the right to sell his property to whoever he wants.

You can file a police complaint under section 405 and section 403 of IPC. Whoever dishonestly misappropriates or converts to his own use any movable property, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both. A. Try issuing legal notice to your employer through a lawyer seeking claim and if not replied or complied within 15 days than see if you feel the amount is worth than you may file a money recovery suit in civil Court. I am not sure if you will be able to seek relief from labour commissioner jurisdiction being in different city and freelance won't be included in labour and is more of a contract. Thank you.
