icon Will creation

How to create will and cost for the will creation?

A. Hi,
It is advisable to ascertain your properties before including them in your will. If you are making the will, then you shall be the testator of the will. Wills are of two kinds: registered and unregistered which depends upon whether you are getting it signed at the registrar's office. It is nuanced to get the registration to enable smoother probation of the will before the court.

A. Hi,
If you do not file a suit before the labour court soon then the prospect of wages being paid will be barred by limitation period forever. Consider sending a notice demanding the payment of the wages first and then approach the court.

icon Legal and Tax compliance

We have an IT company in the UK (just about a year now). We have 3/4 employees in the UK and about 10 employees in India working in different places (work from home). We have issued employment letters

A. Hello there,
Income tax rules, the Foreign Exchange Management Act, the Goods and Service Tax Act, the Employees Provident Fund, Employees State Insurance, and other rules must all be followed by a foreign firm operating in India. Before engaging in any additional business operations involving personnel based in India, you should speak with a legal practitioner to ensure that the company complies with all of the aforementioned laws.
Thank you very much.

A. Hello, you can either contact the local government, such as the Sarpanch, and inform them of the problems that young children may face if the drain is built. If they refuse to comply, you should report them to the national green tribunal's zonal office. Another option is to file a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in the High Court expressing environmental concerns.
Thank you very much.
