A.Hi
Send the company a legal notice claiming your your travel allowances and pending salary of April 2021. The law governing the termination employment is Industrial Employment Act, 1946 and the rules in it supersedes all the terms and conditions of contract between you and employer company. If the company rejects your claim then you can file a case in the civil court.

A.As per the law employer must provide you the notice of termination at least 30-60 days prior the termination, and also they must clear all your dues before termination. Also see the term and conditions of termination of an employee and what procedure they have to follow while firing. also send them legal notice claiming all your dues and the pending salary.

A.See you can send them a legal notice to recover your salary and if required you can also file a civil case, But did you try to find out the current scenario of the company on how are they doing during this pandemic? If they are are not financially viable then even if you file a case it will be a futile exercise on your part as they will not be in a position to pay you anything.
