A. If you were not working in the managerial category then you can approach the Labor Commissioner and lodge a complaint against the company but if you are at managerial level then you are not covered under the Labour laws and you will have to move the civil court for wrongful termination and file a civil case for breach of contract.

A. Spamming is yet not illegal in India and hence lot promotional mails are being daily sent by companies across the country. And you do so nothing will happen to you today but if you are going to use your company domain name and if people are going to mark your mails as spam then your company domain name will be blacklisted which means your transaction mails will also have problem in delivery, ultimately your SEO will suffer.
So, sending too much of marketing mails are also not a good way.

A. Hello Ma'am
Your Husband can file a partition suit under Hindu Succession Act in a civil court in order to claim his part of share in the property. As of now your partition done by Sarpanch is not valid you'll have to get the partition done by the court in order to have complete right over the property.
Once that's done you can construct the wall easily without any interference from your husband's brother.

A. Hi,
Usually when an employee resigns, they would have to pay the buy-out amount or just serve the notice period as mentioned by the job contract. However, you may not leave until you fufilled the criteria. Currently. you can refer the matter to the company itself and try to work out a negotiation.
