A. Hi,
The procedure to remove/impeach members will be mentioned in its MoA and AoA. If this fails to provide a suitable remedy, then a writ petition may be filed in the High Court as the association is Govt. owned. An order can then be passed preventing the family from assuming control of the association.

icon My father in law family and my wife not showing my daughter

Hello All, Due to misunderstanding my wife took my daughter and eloped my house without telling me. After visiting my father in law house they are not speaking and not allowing me to speak to my kid.

A. Hi,
You can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights. You have a right to see you wife and daughter, this petition will allow the Court to grant an order declaring that right. You can try arbitration or mediation to resolve the issue with your father in law and then go for marriage counselling with your wife.

A. Hi,
You can file for divorce due to her unsoundness of mind. This way, you will have to pay her some maintenance, but can be free from her harassment.
Approach the police and lodge a complaint for assault under Sections 350, 351, and 352 IPC.
You can try and get her admitted to a mental healthcare institution for treatment under S.89 of the Mental Healthcare Act.
