I HAVE A FLAT AND ALSO HAVE A PARKING, PURCHASED BY ME. I WANT TO RENT OUT THE FLAT ALONGWITH THE PARKING. CAN THE SOCIETY OBJECT TO ME RENTING OUT THE PARKING TO THE TENENT?

A. Legally NO builder can sell the parking space to any flat purchaser. The builder can allot the parking space by giving allotment letter for a specified flat alongwith the flat. So as you are having SEPARATE parking space you can give it to your tenant who will be staying in your flat. Renting the parking space for an outsider not residing in your society is not allowed.

You will have to keep making complaints to the hospital's grievance redressal till someone is sympathetic to you.
There is little a Court can do to help you with this as it is common practice for juniors to have to work harder across almost all disciplines.
