State sports association is affiliated to India sports association. All the members of the association example Life members and clubs secretaries, are from a single family or family run company employees. Though the sports association is for the state but all the position are controlled by a family. There is no public participation in the association. The entire operation of the association was controlled by a family. Please advise the way to remove the control from that family.

A.Hi,
The procedure to remove/impeach members will be mentioned in its MoA and AoA. If this fails to provide a suitable remedy, then a writ petition may be filed in the High Court as the association is Govt. owned. An order can then be passed preventing the family from assuming control of the association.

A.Hi,
The way to proceed will be mentioned in the memoranda and articles of association.
Considering that it is a Govt. body, a writ petition can also be filed in the High Court and control of the association may be taken away frim the family.
