My father in law family and my wife not showing my daughter

Hello All, Due to misunderstanding my wife took my daughter and eloped my house without telling me. After visiting my father in law house they are not speaking and not allowing me to speak to my kid. I've been continuously trying to reach them but they are not speaking anything for the past three months. Is there is any way to send a legal notice to meet my wife and kid. We are love marriage because of father in law family only myself and my wife are fighting. I don't want to divorce her. please advice.

A.Hi,
You can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights. You have a right to see you wife and daughter, this petition will allow the Court to grant an order declaring that right. You can try arbitration or mediation to resolve the issue with your father in law and then go for marriage counselling with your wife.

A.You have to file Restitution of Conjugal Rights petition.
You will get legal justice and send 10000 money order for both of them as maintenance
Not pay by hand And not pay to other others, money order send directly to her name

A.Hi,
File a petition in family Court for restitution of conjugal rights. The Court will then pass an order stating that she must meet you. You do not have to divorce her if you do not want to, try marriage counselling to settle your differences.
