Your mother can execute a will if she wishes to grant you possesion of the property. If she wants to transfer the house right away, she can execute a gift deed. These are simple documents and that can be made on paper in the presence of witnesses.

Serve them with legal notice to repay or give you delivery of the book.
If the do not comply, complain to the police about fraud and cheating under Sections 415 and 420 IPC.

If there was no such clause in the agreement, they are bound to repay you. You can file a civil suit for money recovery and breach of contract.
If they do not comply, you can complain to the police for fraud and cheating under Sections 415 and 420 IPC.

Delete the app immediately. They cannot contact others on your phone, this is a violation of their right to privacy and amounts to harassment. Complain to the cyber police for fraud, cheating, extortion and criminal intimidation.

Complain to the police about nuisance and a public health concern under S.268 IPC. You can also file a writ petition commanding the Health Department to do their duty. Alternatively, you can approach the Judge to obtain a permanent injunction.

No, you cannot hold a second position while employed by the Government. The bank can terminate your services if they find out.
If you wish to join your husband as a director of the company, you will need to first resign from your bank posting.
The consequences depend on the gravity of the offence, they can range from fines to imprisonment.
