Sir, Meri Dadi ji ne apne marne se pehle apne makaan ki vasiyat meri mother ke naam pe kar di thi court ke throw. Ab unki death ho chuki hai.
Aub meri mother us makan ko mere naam karna chahti hai vasiyat ke dwara.
Family mai mai unka 1 beta or meri 2 married sisters hai. Mummy apne jaane se pehle dadi ke dwara diye gaye makan ko jo unko bhi vasiyat ke throw mila tha, usko vasiyat banakar mere naam karna chahti hai.
Sir aise mai hamko kya kya documents or steps lene honge.

A.Hi,
Your mother can execute a will if she wishes to grant you possesion of the property. If she wants to transfer the house right away, she can execute a gift deed. These are simple documents and that can be made on paper in the presence of witnesses.
