Yes, you can do that. But it would be better to sort the issue non-judicially as it is your own brother's wife. You can try arbitration or mediation.
If you must, you can recover your money by filing a civil suit for money recovery.

Post office nominee query
My father died last year and he has put in 3 lakhs in post office. The nominee is his mother, i.e. my grandmother. Also, will certificate lists out my mother,self, sister and grandmother as the wills.

The nominee will receive the full amount from the post office, unless it has been specifically mentioned in the will that the other beneficiaries can also claim a share of the same.
The best thing to do is to approach your grandmother and settle the matter with her.
