Since no person can have two caste certificates, and if you have to get new caste certificate that means, your old caste certificate would be void and thus you have to submit the new caste certificate in colleges.

A. You just have to file your reply in the court that you have never shared joint house hold with the complainant and are living in some other state and then get your names removed from the case. Its very easy.

A. If plaintiff has file the petition or application inviting defendant/ respondent to give reply, then plaintiff would have to send summons on his own to defendant. If defendant moves the court, inviting plaintiff to reply, then defendant will serve summons to plaintiff on his own cost.

A. Your case is different and you father and his brothers purchased the property in question from their own funds. Its a benami property in the name of their father. Grandmother can be stopped from making any further will and should be stopped otherwise matter would be more complicated.
