A PA of a political person, here my vehicle on rent, after work done he didn't pay me, when I asked for money he said he is busy don't call me he only call till that time don't call me he said, I wait ever week he keep sayin that, when I said I need my money he said that he forgot to mention my vehicle rent in bill so government didn't gave me my money, he said wait for 5 year's again election will come when they win that time they add my vehicle rent on any other bill then I get my money, I said I can't wait give me my money, he abuse me for not listening to him, I said just give me my money I need it, he said if I ask money again he and his political party people will come and kill me, so what can I do in this situation, I'm alone my father is dead, I got that vehicle on loan, there is no one to help me, I can't fight with so many people to get my money

In this case, you can send him a legal notice for the payment of the dues. Also, if there is threat to kill, you can approach the police station and complaint for the same.

Since you are unable to get your money back, you can file a recovery suit for the same, and first you can send him a legal notice demanding the payment, moreover, if he threatening you, you can also file a complaint in the nearest police station.
