School Admission
In 1998-1999, suppose a student sought admission in a new school in 'Class III'. He qualified the corresponding 'Admission Test' and also secured promotion from 'Class II' to 'Class III' in the old school. Now, the student didn't take transfer certificate from that school due to some issues and admission in the new school got hampered due to this. Was it permissible under law to submit Result/TC from any other school even if that student had not studied there?

If a student did not study in the school, then how will he get the transfer certificate, however, if he has studied it s mandatory.

A.Hi,
If student has studied in the school, it is compulsory to get transfer certificate, so as, his further studies could not be hampered.
