Tenet missing

I have rented my flat to a guy. He has not paid rent for last six months and since Nov 2020, I'am unable to track him in person or over phone. He seems to be absconding. All his belongings are still inside the flat. Howe do I deal with this legally?
A.Hi,
You can institute a suit for eviction, and at first send a legal to his registered address.

A.Send a legal notice at the rented/tenanted premises and file suit for eviction against tenant. Take decree and remove all his items by way of execution proceedings from the court. There are ways to deal with the situation.
