A. You need to check whether property is being mutated in the registrar office in your as well as your father's name. If, yes, then your father may execute a gift deed in your name or make a will giving property to you. However the will get executed after the death of your father.

A. As per the latest notification dated 24.03.2020 and latest amendment in IBC Act, the threshold limit to file case in NCLT under IBC is increased from 1 lac to 1 crore. It means any default below 1 crore will not give right to the creditor to file case under IBC. You may explore other legal options such as civil suit to recover your legitimate dues from the company.

No, you cannot claim any rental amount, if the property already rented then only you can claim a proportionate share of the rent.

A. Hi,
You have to file a complaint in the local PS and issue a notice to your seller giving him 15 days' time after that you have to file a complaint case against the seller in the criminal court and you can also file one case before the consumer redressal forum. Both cases can run simultaneously.

A. Hi,
You have to accept the notice and either you can file a partition suit against your younger brother claiming your entire share upon the property except the younger brother's one-fifth share, which he is entitled to get. In this regard, you can also note that after the demise of your father, your mother, and your two elder brothers, who have inherited the property from your father and gifted to you. So you are entitled to get four-fifth share of the total property.

A. Hi,
You must issue one notice to the bank and also a copy should be sent to the credit card authority, allowing them 30 days time failing which you have to file one complaint case before the consumer redressal forum for seeking redressal.

Have you filed any FIR to the local PS? If so, then the opposite party can file motor vehicle claim tribunal for getting compensation and if your vehicle covered under insurance then the insurance company will pay the compensation amount whichever may be as fixed by the competent tribunal.
