A. If u have issues with counsel you can change him and amend four plaint as you desire.but keep in mind u hve to trust the counsel who u r engagging.because it is easy to raise the fingure and tough to proof the same

A. Submitting an application for NOC is fine sir. No problem in that. Employer in govt sector have the prerogative to either issue or decline to issue. So better to approach amicably and get an NOC for desired purpose.

You have to get permission from collector's office proving your intent to engage in agricultural activity and then buy an agricultural land.

You cannot claim the agricultural land back. It is advisable for you to refrain from issuing any legal notice taking any steps to avoid any legal proceeding against you.
