dear sir, we gone for a leese house for a period of two years now the lease period is over and house owner is delaying to give back the money.can i take legal action to get back my money. pls advise


A. As per terms of the lease agreement issue legal notice through Property professional Lawyer with time limit to refund entire amount, as it is the practice to deduct amount from the lease amount,don't accept cheque.
