My sister is a mother of one kid . Her husband left her without any information. She is living as a single mom for past one year.. she filed Missing complaint too. Later from outer sources she came to know that he went to foreign country. So she left him n started living alone. Because there are more problems in our home we want to do her Marg . So I would like to know the possibilities of her divorce from her first marriage. Is there any quick action that we can do.? We have a good alliance now. So need immediate response.. and she is a muslim.

yes you can file a suit for declaration to the effect that the marriage which is subsisting may be declared as dissolved as her husband had left her and not joining the company of her. As the marriage among Muslims is a civil contract so it would be a proper remedy to get that marriage dissolved. for further queries go on my profile and contact me in person.
