Obstruction to decree

My bother who is a co-owner of a flat rented to tenant...sold it to third party by registered deed in spite of decree of eviction in my favour..third party,tenant and my brother have done this....what is the chance of my truth and shall I challenge registered trsf.deed which is done without my consent?
