A. Dear Client,
Having sanction for the construction of building up to the fourth floor and having no OC or CC for the rest of the Floor, you may face a lot of legal consequences while selling out the property because the rest floors of the building were constructed without the approval of the revised Building Plan of the competent authority.

A. Dear Client,
There is no bar on the use of Non-judicial stamp paper in one state of the country and utilizing it for execution/ notarization/in another State. The differences exist only in regard to stamp-duty rates which vary from one state to another of the country. A. Dear Client,
When everything went verbal from your appointment to your resignation, you got no ground to litigate your grievances against the Company. Moreover, the Company has already conveyed a charge of absconding from the job which itself forms a ground of misconduct followed by disciplinary action against the errant employee.

A. Dear Client,
For any breach of any condition of contract of employment, the Employer can take disciplinary as well as legal action against you. An offer letter or contract employment does not require stamp paper which is required in case of service or employment bond. So you may face disciplinary as well as other legal consequences from the Company.
