A. Dear,
Report the anonymous account: On Instagram, you can report the anonymous account for harassment or threats, which may result in Instagram taking action against the account.
Law Enforcement: If you believe that the threats are serious and pose a risk, you can file a complaint with your local police. Cybercrimes are taken seriously in India, and there are specific provisions under the Information Technology Act, of 2000 that address cyberbullying and online harassment.

A. Dear,
The main eligibility criteria of OBC NCL is that the applicant’s parents’ annual income should be less than Rs. 8 lakhs. Also, salary and agricultural income are not to be considered as income for calculating annual income for creamy layer status. If in any of the last 3 years, the applicant's parent's income is below 8 lakhs, the candidate is qualified for OBC NCL. So, yes you are eligible for it.

hope it helps!
