A. Dear client

To avoid future misunderstandings, try to obtain complete ownership facts of the property from the start. Share the records with a legal expert to ensure there are no encumbrances. In the event of an NPA property, potential buyers must investigate the availability of a house financing. Before purchasing an NPA property, you may get expert advice if necessar

A. Dear client,
In the current situation, you must execute a new rent agreement with all tenants to have recourse to eviction in terms of the rent agreement, either on expiry of the tenancy's tenure or termination of the agreement on breach of any condition by a tenant prior to the cessation of the rent agreement's tenure.

A. Dear client,
Here's what is going to happen to you if you will not pay your e-challan:

First, a constable will visit at the registered address to collect the challan.

Second, if the e-challan is still not paid then the person who is guilty will get summon from the court and will be called to give clarification to the judge on breaking the law.

Third, if the person still refuses to attend the court session and to pay the e-challan, then his licence will be suspended.
