Regarding a Buisness startup

If there would be a platform in which sellers can contact with buyers to sell their gaming account which is not allowed as per games T&C. But platform should't have licensing issue as we are only providing the platfrom we are not selling it. We only let users to coneect with each other. I want to know regarding this case will there be any issue
