I signed it 50 rupees blank stamp paper, now what I have to do

You can send a letter to the other side asking him/her to return your blank paper signed by you and handed over to them. Ensure that the letter is received and acknowledged by the person or you can send an email and ask for its return.
Else you can write down the purpose for which that blank signed stamp paper was given for and that it should not be used for any other purpose.

You can issue legal notice to the Chit Fund through your advocate by claiming your amount which you invested and and you are liable to get the interest as per the plan. Mention the details which the chit fund is binding to pay you as per the policy and terms and conditions which they have explained to you.
