You need to check the contents of the POA and if your POA was specific for running the case then you can do two things
1. Challenge the inventory proceedings in the court
2. Initiate a fraud case against your uncle

Usually most of the companies provide increment letter so that the current employees will remain with them and if an employee resign immediately after getting the increment letter then they do withdraw that. They might have such rule that if you resign within a given number of days then it will be withdrawn. If the rules subsists then you can challenge this in any court.

1. You did not get your property searched by an expert lawyer before buying who could have discovered that.
2. The Lawyer from LICHF should have done the due diligence which is also missing in this case it seems.
Yes you should inform the LICHF about this as later on there will be issues.

As per the rule you can get the interest till 3 year after the last payment and after three year it will be stopped. So you can claim for 3 year interest money from the bank after showing the relevant documents.
