POA misuse for inventory proceedings

POA given to uncle to run a property dispute court case was misused for inventory proceedings w/o informing what are my options to void the inventory court order and ask to fiel for re-inventory?

You need to check the contents of the POA and if your POA was specific for running the case then you can do two things
1. Challenge the inventory proceedings in the court
2. Initiate a fraud case against your uncle
