I have paid 3549 rs to the data entry company by borrowing from friends inorder to pay the utility charges they have told before because i couldn't complete the given work which is about 1200 forms

A. You should immediately intimate the same to the concerned bank authority and then you may either approach the concerned civil court for filing money recovery suit or else you may approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal against the room owner. You may even lodge a FIR against the said room owner before the local police station for doing such fraudulent activity deliberately and incessantly.
