Found corpse in my site of a layout Found corpse in my site of a layout

I purchased a site in a layout a year back. Recently when I started the construction of house while Earth work i found the corpse ( skeletons ). When I asked the landlord he said "30 years back the farmers who dwell their might have burried one or two members of their family ".

Now i don't like to construct house their. What should I do ? I don't guess the layout owner would agree to refund my money. He might offer me the next plot but now i am not confident in that layout.

How can I approach him legally ?

Firstly File a police compliant and then ask for forensic investigation so that age of skeleton should come to know, and also send legal notice to the vendor.
Hope it helps.

These things does not matter and kindly remove this thing in your mind regarding purity of land and let me tell you that many group housings or residential complex's were previously battle grounds, burial grounds but with time things change.

A.Hello Client,

You may lodge an FIR against the vendor at your local police station. you may try to have a negotiation with the layout owner if he refuses to come to any negotiation with your terms then you may send a legal notice stating the reason.

A.You should file a complaint against the layout owner before the local police station of that jurisdiction regarding such corpse and when the layout owner will try to negotiate with you for withdrawing the FIR then ask him to either refund your money or provide you another plot of land as per your choice.
