Continued: Is Tenant-Owner co-stay in single apartment illegal ?
This is in continuation with the query I posted on Vidhikarya. https://www.vidhikarya.com/FreeLegalAdvice/34257/is-tenant-owner-co-stay-in-single-apartment-is-illegal
I talked with the Society Estate Manager but still, they are adamant about providing a written statement.
So need some more advice,
1. Does this clearly fall in Renting or Paying Guests?
2. Are any BBMP rules against it?
The suggested workaround by Society is, I vacate the flat and just give it on rent fully and then tenants won't be restricted.
If I am given a negative response again from the Society Management and I decide to proceed with Civil Suit,
1. How long would it take to get the case resolved?
2. Will Tenants not be allowed to utilize their rights in society until the verdict?
4. Will management be liable for compensation to me for Mental torture and Loss of Availing Society Rights for 3 months?
3. How much would it cost to put a Civil Suit until the verdict is out?
TIA.
Hope it helps.
