My father purchased agriculture land in 2001, as per the map and sale deed the land is in north south direction, but it was being cultivated in east west direction. Now we have a problem of access roa

A. How does it matter that which way yo have been cultivating as any land will have boundaries in four direction and regardless of the direction of cultivation the land owner must have a right to approach that land. In case anyone is not allowing the right to access then file a case against that person seeking easement right in the property.

Can we file a civil suit against a government servant who failed to perform his official duty in the prescribed time as per the rules in the lower Court like district/munisif court?

Posted 1 week ago

A. Dear Client,
To file a case in lower courts, you must have a grievance or conflict with the other party, and even if the court allows the case to advance, the time it takes will be excessive. Instead, you can file a writ petition in the High Court, and that officer can be named a proforma respondent.
Thank you!

Will your degree from another state university, such as Delhi University, be regarded invalid in Telangana? It should be valid if there is no rule/order/notification stating otherwise.

A. Dear Client,
You must notify your local police department via a general journal and inform them of everything. There is no need to register an FIR; simply inform the police. You can hire a local lawyer to accompany you to the police station or chat with a lawyer for more information.
Thank you!

A. Hi, to cancel a double registration, (assuming double registration in for a property), file a case for cancellation of the second registry in the District Court and for affirmation of your ownership rights. If you found this helpful, please rate me. Thanks!

Posted 2 months ago

A. Dear Client,
Yes, the department can take action as in Rule 21 of CCS conduct rule it is clearly written that no married employee will enter into or contact any other marriage. The defence is always there but the defence can only be taken when your religious personal law permits it and when you present some other valid ground for entering into other contract of marriage. But again if we go by ruling of Supreme Court it is settled precedent that the live-in relation between a married person and u ...ReadMore

A. Dear Client,
Migration do not play any role in deciding whether you belong to OBC non- creamy layer or not. It generally depend on your father's income or his work position in governmental/ private institution. So once the certificate is issued it cannot be cancelled due to shifting to other place.
Thank You.
