Hi, my phone has been tapped since more than 1 Yr. And also I have been harrased since 2 Yrs. Also in office and at home place. So that I can not do police case. Can you please help me out here.

A. what are the by laws of your society say. Basically the builder is responsible for this kind of damage. Low quality material may be the reason for the leakage. Issue a legal notice to the builder
