icon Hostel fees

I am staying at hostel. But due to lockdown. I leave this hostel since 3 months. Should i have to pay the fees ?

A. 1) Do you have any of your belongings in the Hostel Locker etc.
2) Is the Management & Trustees the same of your College, then the College authorities may stop giving you mark sheet of the Exam passed this year & give you trouble for the same fees.
3) If this Hostel is Not anyway connected to your college & if you are in the last year & Do not want to re-enter the Hostel for any other purpose then forget about the fees. Cooly continue to stay at home. Stay Home Stay Safe.

A. Firstly it was not a partnership firm as the firm was not registered hence any proceeding is barred against so called partnership firm due to prohibition provided under section 69 of partnership Act. Notarised agreement has no legal validity except that an agreement was executed. So you can file suit for recover against other party claiming your share.
