Good Morning Sir, my name is GOVINDANATARAJAN NIDADANA, we are three brothers, I am 2nd son of my father, we have mother also. Sir my father was very bad man, he left us and went around 9, years back, he had a property, it was he gain with his own money, it is not heritage property, around 4 years back he sold that property without telling us, he did not give not 1 rupee to my mother or us (Children). I think that sold property already shifted into 3 or 4 hands.... is there any option to gain sir.... please help us, how to go through legal proceedings.... without giving divorce, because mother is not interested to give divorce, since she is from Hindu background, she does not want to say with him also, because he always harrising physically and mentally, as we came to know that he married 2 or 3 more women, those women are not having any children because of my father. thank you for your valuable attention to us....

A.As per your query you have said that your father has sold the property which was purchased by his own money and it was not an ancestral property. so by default he had the full right of selling the the property and as per the law you cannot interfere for the father selling his self acquired property.
