A. Dear client,
Lodge a general diary reporting that your rental agreement is lost, (this will help you further in your case, if any).
Inform the land Lord of the house, and they should be responsible for everything. If they are ignoring your communication then send a legal notice immediately.
You also have to involve an advocate to represent you in the police station by explaining your situation.
Police cannot take steps against you without evidences and valid cause.

A. Dear Sir,

If cases related to bounced cheques are filed against you, it is advisable to approach the High Court to seek their quashing. Similarly, in the event of a civil case filed for the recovery of the amount, you can submit an application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, citing the debt as time-barred.

A. Dear Client,
As per the Hindu Succession Act of 1956, the self-acquired property of a Hindu male, who dies intestate (without making a will), devolves first to his wife and children. If the Hindu male has no wife or children, then the property will devolve to his parents. If the parents are not alive, then it will devolve to the heirs of the father. So, your father siblings cannot claim 1/3rd share in the said self acquired property of your father.
