Civil case Civil case

Two years ago, we rented a house without checking the background information, and later we found that one person was a rowdy sheeter in it. Now, after knowing the details, we asked them to evacuate the house. But, still, we are getting calls from police stations in different cities mentioning that warranty is still at this address. We also lost our rental agreement. Now, how can we solve this issue? Kindly, please, anyone help.

A.Dear client,
Lodge a general diary reporting that your rental agreement is lost, (this will help you further in your case, if any).
Inform the land Lord of the house, and they should be responsible for everything. If they are ignoring your communication then send a legal notice immediately.
You also have to involve an advocate to represent you in the police station by explaining your situation.
Police cannot take steps against you without evidences and valid cause.

A.Dear Sir,
You may immediately get issue a statutory legal notice under Section 106 of Transfer of Property Act or any other local rental law which is prevailing in your State on the basis of Police calls and thus file a eviction suit before the Court.

A.Dear Client,
In the given situation, serving a legal notice to the tenant, file a civil suit for eviction before the Civil Court having jurisdiction over the suit property. Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps.
