did you checked that schools took stay order ?
and how much % of fees was increased by school ?
govt passed this rule for votes of foolish indian knowing schools will take stay order.
the court will take months to give final order and govt and schools will blame court.
so govt wins, schools wins. people and court looses.
also schools increased fees 30% so even if in end they have to return then also they will be in no loss.
