hi,

We have purchase a land in 2015 ,still registration not done.
Survey no 12 partition as below 12/1A 6.12.acre, 12/1B 5 acres, 12/2 2acre, 12/3 2acre. 12/1A divided to 4 people A 2.25, B 2.24, C 0.25, D 0.25 . we have made agreement with part A to purchase however land difference of 36 ghunta coming in 12/1A and requested for re-survey that land included in 12/3 and 12/2 .problem here is there is case going on between B and "D" parties on the property 12/2 . "D" requested court to not to survey until to case get over. and our reservey pending with DDL. please advise what can we do to get survey

Approach the local civil or revenue court to get the survey done.
